How do I access my email lists? (ECB)

The Email Collection Bar app collects the email addresses and stores them securely. You can view your list of collected emails by clicking on the Collected Emails button near the top of the app. There are two ways for you to export your email addresses:

1. Integrate an Email Provider:

The app primarily functions via integration, whereby the app automatically exports the emails to an email service provider. It is currently compatible with the following email service providers:

• MailChimp
• Klaviyo
• Omnisend
• Sendlane

To setup an integration with one of these providers, please click on the Integrations button near the top of the app.

2. Manual Request Email List:

For security reasons, a list of emails must be requested by email. To do so, please contact us at help@hextom.com using the email address associated with your Shopify account.
